We would like to thank you for choosing Takecharge Productions for your web and graphic design needs. It is our hope that we can continue to work together in this new year to make your businesses bigger and better.
We apologize if you have been trying to contact us at our 616-855-2600 number. Our calling system has changed and we are experiencing some problems porting/transferring that number over. We expect this issue to be resolved within the next week or so. In the meantime, you can contact us at our new, toll free number, 1-866-466-4322. Moving forward, we will continue to use both numbers. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We would like to announce that, as of March 1st, we are expanding our service to include two new locations in Chicago and Detroit. In the future, we hope to expand our market into other areas. Stay tuned for more information.
Lastly, we hope that you have been taking advantage of our online billing and support system. You can access your account at
www.takechargeproductions.com/billing. If your account has not been set up or if you have forgotten your login information, please let us know and we will make sure that your account is set up. This system will be very beneficial to you, allowing you to submit support tickets, view your billing statements and make online payments. You will also receive billing statements and important communications through your email. So, we encourage you to take advantage of this service.
